1. แนะนำให้นักศึกษาดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ผ่านเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ PC หรือ Notebook ที่สามารถบันทึกไฟล์ PDF ได้เท่านั้น
2. ไม่แนะนำให้เข้าดูหรือดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ผ่านอุปกรณ์มือถือ หรือ Tablet เนื่องจากระบบจะสามารถดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ใบเสร็จรับเงินต้นฉบับได้เพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น
3. กรณีไฟล์ใบเสร็จรับเงินสูญหาย กรุณาลงบันทึกประจำวัน เพื่อขอคัดสำเนาใบเสร็จรับเงินที่แผนกการเงินเท่านั้น
